Applying for the Portland State University Criminology & Criminal Justice Online Program

Bachelor’s in Criminology & Criminal Justice:

• Print and complete the application. Click here for the application.
• $50 application fee
• Submit official transcripts from all institutions attended
• Fax your application to your Enrollment Advisor at 321-239-1879
• Contact your Enrollment Advisor to verify receipt of your application and transcripts

Post-Baccalaureate Certificate of Criminology & Criminal Justice:

• Print and complete the application. Click here for the application.
• $50 application fee
• Submit official transcripts from the institution in which your Bachelor’s degree was completed
• Fax your application to your Enrollment Advisor at 321-239-1879
• Contact your Enrollment Advisor to verify receipt of your application and transcripts

Certificate of Criminal Behavior, Certificate of Advanced Crime Analysis, and Leadership in Criminal Justice Certificate:

• Print and complete the non-degree application. Click here for the application.
• $25 application fee
• Fax your application to your Enrollment Advisor at 321-239-1879
• Contact your Enrollment Advisor to verify receipt of your application
