As part of the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Portland State University, students will take 5 core courses, 2 concentration courses, and 3 elective courses for a total of 40 credit hours.

Criminology & criminal justice courses completed at a regionally accredited university or college may be transferred/substituted for certain certificate courses.

All courses submitted to satisfy the requirements, whether taken at PSU or elsewhere, must be passed with a grade of “C” (2.00 GPA) or above. Courses taken under the undifferentiated grading option (pass/no pass) will not be accepted toward fulfilling program requirements.

    PSU does offer Doctoral degrees. They are not currently offered online. You can check PDX.edu for more information.
